A Setra headlamp sits in a narrow recess that follows the body line, which is why a 400-series lamp will not fit a 500-series coach or the other way round. Quote the model code (S 415 HD, S 516 HDH) and the model year when ordering.
The usual failure is the reflector coating blistering. Once it has blistered, cleaning the lamp achieves nothing — the beam no longer focuses and the headlamp aim will not hold at inspection. Always replace headlamps in pairs.
