1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Collect

When you submit the quote form we collect only what is needed to answer your enquiry:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Optionally your company name, email address and city or country
• Details about your vehicle and the part you are looking for

We do not ask for identity numbers, full postal addresses or payment details through this website.

3. Why We Process It

Your data is processed for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry with stock availability and pricing. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your explicit consent given when submitting the form. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Who It Is Shared With

Your quote request is delivered to our staff as a WhatsApp message, which means it passes through WhatsApp’s infrastructure (Meta Platforms). Apart from this, your data is not shared with any third party. If you go on to place an order, only the information needed for shipping is shared with the carrier or freight forwarder handling your consignment, and — for international shipments — with customs authorities as required by law.

5. Retention

Quote requests are kept for a maximum of two years after the enquiry is concluded. If a commercial relationship is established, the retention periods required by Turkish commercial and tax legislation apply. Records are deleted at the end of the applicable period.

6. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We set two cookies only: a session cookie required for the quote form to work securely, which is deleted when you close your browser; and a language preference cookie that remembers whether you chose Turkish or English, which expires after one year. Where Google Analytics is used, IP addresses are anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK — and under the GDPR where it applies to you — you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request access, rectification or erasure, and to object to processing. 8. Changes

This policy is updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
