If the mirror housing is intact but the arm is bent, replacing only the arm costs far less than a complete mirror. Also check the mounting foot for cracks; if the foot is cracked, a new arm will vibrate too.
The mirror motor and heater cables run inside the arm tube. Feed them through without forcing during replacement — use a draw wire.
